What’s been happening:

After 25 years in the Glass Block business as a Sales Rep for an American manufacturer and then as the Manager of the Division for Glass block for an Indonesian manufacturer, I have decided to start up my own business. I have developed very large markets for 2 companies, so now it is time to do the same for myself. The company is called Utility Savers. The web site is, "UtilitySavers.com". We review all the utility bills for any commercial property. We look for math errors, usage errors, and unique ways to save our customers money and possibly obtain refunds for them. We do this at normal charge of $250.00 per building, and also share in the portion of the savings we obtain. We perform our service for properties such as: Schools, Hospitals, Restaurants, Hotels, etc. Anyone that is associated with Penn State will have the fee of $250.00 waived. So there will be no upfront cost. We can perform our service all over the country. We have had great success with monthly savings of hotels, restuarants, apartment complexes and car dealerships well over $1000.00 a month in savings per building.
